1. General Questions

What is your return policy?
We take pride in delivering items in excellent condition. However, if you receive a broken or unsatisfactory product, you can exchange or return it within 10 days of purchase
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we do not have a physical store. However, we do offer free shipping and free returns, so you can try our products risk-free.

2. Returns and Exchanges

Returns Policy
RSZEVAR.COM offers a 10-day return policy wherein broken or unsatisfactory products can be exchanged or returned within the specified period. Defective items qualify for free replacement, while damaged or misrepresented products are eligible for refunds. Customers can also exchange products they don't like by returning them to the official address, with assistance provided in selecting a replacement, though a Rs. 200 charge applies. Conditions for exchange or refund include the item being unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging, with the original receipt required. Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. While RSZEVAR.COM cannot be held liable for loss or damage during transportation, customers can contact them via email or phone for assistance or inquiries regarding their return policy.

3. Packaging

After a customer places an order on rszevar.com, our Quality Control (QC) team meticulously inspects the product. This inspection process is overseen by two individuals to ensure thoroughness and accuracy. Following inspection, the products are carefully packed in plastic wrapping before being placed inside our branded boxes, crafted from high-quality materials to convey durability and professionalism. Each order is then enclosed within a plastic flyer for added protection during shipping. Additionally, both the interior and exterior of our boxes are meticulously wrapped in bubble wrap to mitigate the risk of any damage occurring during transit.

1. Product Quality

Polish Life.
We utilize chemical gold polish for plating all of our products. While some of our products are nickel-free, others incorporate nickel platings. Rest assured, all of our polishes boast exceptionally high quality standards.
Jewelery Life.
The longevity of artificial jewelry is heavily reliant on customer care. Proper maintenance ensures their enduring quality and prevents fading. We strongly advise customers to store their jewelry in the pouches provided after use, or to ensure they are securely packed in a suitable container. This practice significantly extends the lifespan of the jewelry, preserving its allure indefinitely.
About Stones & Material
The majority of our jewelry is crafted from copper, a durable and versatile material. Additionally, many of the stones featured in our designs are semi-precious, including zircons, rhinestones, and Turkish stones. These carefully selected materials contribute to the quality and aesthetic appeal of our jewelry pieces.
Product Availability & Out of Stock Products
At RS ZEVAR, we offer a wide selection of products, with thousands available at any given time. Occasionally, an item may be temporarily out of stock. However, we diligently restock all products on a weekly or monthly basis to ensure availability. To inquire about restocking schedules, we encourage you to contact us via WhatsApp. Alternatively, you can stay updated by visiting our store regularly. We are committed to providing timely and efficient service to meet your needs.
Delivery Time
Our standard delivery timeframe is typically between 2 to 5 working days from the date of placing your order. However, please be advised that delivery schedules may be impacted by adverse weather conditions. In the event that you have not received your products within the specified timeframe, we kindly ask you to reach out to us via WhatsApp or by calling us at 0303-2244550. We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and will promptly assist you in resolving any delivery-related concerns.
Delivery Outside Pakistan
RSZEVAR offers worldwide shipping services, with an estimated delivery time ranging from 7 to 15 working days from the date of placing your order. We strive to ensure timely and efficient delivery to our customers across the globe.
Payment Methods
We facilitate Cash on Delivery (COD) payments exclusively within Pakistan. However, for customers within Pakistan who prefer alternative payment methods, we also accept bank transfers and debit/credit card payments. For orders outside Pakistan, we solely accept payments via bank transfers and card payments. We aim to provide flexible payment options while ensuring secure transactions for our valued customers worldwide.
Customization
While customization of individual products is not typically offered, RSZEVAR does provide the option for bulk manufacturing of customized designs. Whether you require products in single or double pieces, customization and made-to-order services are available exclusively for bulk quantities. We prioritize meeting the unique needs of our customers through tailored manufacturing solutions.

Shipping Charges
We maintain standard shipping charges of 150 Rupees for all deliveries within Pakistan. Additionally, we provide free delivery for orders exceeding 1500 PKR across the nation. For international orders, delivery charges are automatically calculated during the checkout process. Rest assured, we strive to offer transparent and reasonable shipping fees to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers, both domestically and internationally.
